Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with OVA Collection. Each candle is handcrafted in small batches in our Los Angeles studio. Below you will find details about processing and shipping times.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
During high-volume periods (holidays, special drops, restocks), processing may take up to 7 business days.

Because our products are handcrafted, slight variations in processing time may occur.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. holidays.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States (Domestic): 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or seasonal volume.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.


4. Shipping Areas

We currently ship within the United States.


5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer

  • Lost packages due to address errors

If you made a mistake, contact us immediately at hello@ovacollection.com and we will do our best to assist, but changes are not guaranteed once the order is processed.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, we are unable to replace or refund lost or stolen items.

For missing packages:

  • Contact the carrier directly

  • Check with neighbors or building staff

  • Wait 24–48 hours — sometimes packages show up after a delay

If your package is lost before delivery confirmation, contact us and we will assist with filing a claim.


7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

Email us within 48 hours at hello@ovacollection.com with:

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the box and shipping materials

  • Your order number

We will replace the item or provide store credit if it is no longer available.


8. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains several items, they may ship separately depending on availability, production schedule, or packaging considerations.

You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.


9. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was ours (incorrect item sent, damaged item, etc.).
