Thank you for choosing OVA Collection. We want you to love your handcrafted candle. If your order isnβt what you expected, we gladly accept returns under the conditions below.
1. Change-of-Mind Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:

Unused (wick unburned)

Unopened or in original packaging

In the same condition in which it was received
Because our products are handcrafted and limited edition, we cannot accept returns of used or opened candles.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you.
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Photos of the damaged/incorrect item

Photos of the packaging (if available)
If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit.
3. Conditions for Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Used candles

Items without original packaging

Custom or personalized pieces

Limited-edition drops once opened

Sale or promotional items

Gift cards
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing time: 5β10 business days, depending on your bank.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Return Shipping Responsibility
For change-of-mind returns:

6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 3 hours of purchase if not yet processed.
After processing begins, cancellations are not guaranteed.
